Scene summary:
In this scene, Hector takes a young couple wanting to cross
the border to "El Chacon" (Omar Leyva) to finish the journey, but there is a
problem: The immigration patrol is cracking down hard on the illegal
crossings and one of their main guys has already been captured. El Chacon
has rescued half of his cargo and is unwilling to take a chance in crossing them
himself. He suggests they drop them off on a pass and let them walk.
The scene builds up in suspense when Maria refuses to get in the truck.
There is also a shocking secret she is carrying and the patrols are getting
close...
