"Imagination is the beginning of reality"
"La imaginación le da respiro a la realidad"

I am happy to say that Warren was a great acting experience.  The character was a great exercise of my listening and character thought processing skills.  There is something special about taking a small character and trying to find the tiny beats that can make the character matter.  Thanks to the open mind and trust given to me by Dr. Ford and the other actors, I was able to take a small role and make it more important... and with levels I knew were hiding under the simple text.  The psychological journey that the play represents also manifested itself into the work of all the actors involved.

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest is one of the best "actor's play" around.  After finishing Othello and all the challenges faced with that production, I only auditioned for this show because of the chance to work with Dr. Frank X. Ford.  I was very excited about working with the man responsible for my discovery of performing arts.  As a huge bonus, I would work along side some amazing veteran actors and actors from my own educational background with Dr. Ford.  Some of the best Alumni were gathered to play along side other experience stage actors.  It was a pleasure working with Ryan Hurst (Mc.Murphy), an actor whom I had always wanted to work with.

I was also able to return to the old Barnum Hall theatre... and that brought back great memories of my old High School years in Santa Monica.
